With a career spanning education and leadership, she began as a teacher in the Italian public school system, later advancing to the role of school principal. Throughout the 1980s and 1990s, she played a pivotal role in the transformation of Italy’s education system, leading teacher training initiatives on behalf of the Ministry of Education.
Her expertise lies in both verbal and non-verbal communication, as well as in linguistics and language-teaching methodologies. With over 30 years of experience, she has trained educators in language, arts, and socio-cultural disciplines, demonstrating a deep commitment to educational excellence and innovation.

In 1981, she joined the Iard Foundation as a researcher. The foundation, accredited by the Italian Ministry of Education, Universities, and Research (MIUR), is recognized for its work in teaching methodologies. Her research focused on the pedagogy of teaching Italian, both as a native language and as a foreign language.
From 1996 to 2004, she served as Director of International Training at the Iard Foundation, overseeing hundreds of teacher training programs across five continents, funded by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Her global experience has brought her into contact with educators, schools, and academic programs worldwide, enriching her multicultural perspective and strengthening her expertise in international language education. With twenty years of experience in Italy’s primary school system, she has conducted extensive research in mathematics and anthropology, focusing on teaching methodologies and learning processes. Her work has emphasized the role of diverse intelligence in education, exploring both challenges and opportunities in modern pedagogy.
As part of her research and methodological studies, she played a key role in Studio Arcobaleno, where she developed the “Reinvented Narrative” project. This initiative was designed to enhance literacy engagement in schools by integrating interactive and creative learning approaches. To support this goal, she has organized numerous conferences across Italy, promoting educational games and digital resources that encourage reading and active learning, all developed and published by the Arcobaleno Group.

Her in-depth and meticulous research led her to graduate with honors in 2012, earning recognition for her thesis on the language of media in scientific communication, which was later published. This research not only deepened her academic expertise but also allowed her to apply its findings in the promotion and dissemination of Italian language and culture in educational contexts.

As the Coordinator of Seminars, Conferences, and Distance Learning Programs at Studio Arcobaleno, she played a key role in organizing and managing professional development initiatives.
